THE PHASED OPENING 

  • Coaching & appointment-based training

    This is where we are. The doors are open for coaching clients — 1:1, semi-private, and online ProvyFit clients training in-person on programmed sessions. If you train with us right now, you're working with a coach, on a plan, at a scheduled time.

    No open gym at the moment. You can't buy a drop-in or a pass during Phase 1, and we'd rather be clear about that than have someone show up and be disappointed.

  • Group classes & small-group strength

    Once the core equipment is in and the class programming is dialed, we'll open group strength classes and small-group coaching. Still scheduled, still capped — more ways into the room than Phase 1, less self-directed than Phase 3.


  • Open gym memberships

    The phase most people are asking about. Open gym memberships, posted hours, the full equipment build-out finished. Walk in, lift, walk out.

    We'll announce dates here once we have a firm timeline. We'd rather say nothing than say the wrong thing — so when you see a date posted, you can plan around it.

    Beyond phase 3, you can expect announcement about mock powerlifting meets, strength competitions, and other cool events!


 WHY WE'RE OPENING THIS WAY

Specialty equipment doesn't show up overnight, and a gym built for lifters needs to be set up like one before it can run as one. Opening in phases means we bring in equipment, programming, and staff in the right order — and we don't open Phase 3 until walking into the gym means walking into a finished gym.
