Coming Soon:

Fort Strength Inc.

Opening summer 2026

Fort Strength is coming to Fort Saskatchewan.

A barbell-first strength gym, rolling out in phases — starting with personal training and coached drop-in hours, building toward fob access and full memberships.

About / What we're building

Fort Strength is a strength training gym for Fort Saskatchewan and surrounding communities — built around the barbell, run by coaches, and growing in stages so we can do each piece right.

We're not trying to be everything to everyone on day one. We're opening in phases: personal training and coached drop-in hours first, then limited memberships and extended-hours fob access, and eventually powerlifting mock meets and broader membership availability. Whether you're brand new to lifting, getting back into it, or already strong and looking for a serious place to train — there will be a spot for you here.

How we're rolling out

Phase 1 — Opening summer 2026 Personal training and limited classes, including strength coached drop-in hours (open, women's, and seniors'). One-on-one programming through ProvyFit Personal Training, now operating out of the Fort Strength facility.

Phase 2 — Coming soon after Limited memberships and extended-hours fob access. Train on your own time within an expanded daily window, with the same coached hours continuing throughout the week.

Phase 3 — Down the road Mock meet events and broader membership availability. A real platform, a real bar, and a low-pressure way to put your training to the test.

Phase timing will be confirmed as we go. Get on the email list and we'll let you know as each phase opens up.

What you'll find here

  • Real strength equipment. Power racks, competition-grade barbells, bumper plates, platforms. Built for the lifts that actually build strength.

  • Coached drop-in hours. Open hours, women's hours, and seniors' hours led by certified coaches — for anyone who wants guidance, accountability, or just better technique.

  • One-on-one personal training. Through ProvyFit Personal Training, operating inside the Fort Strength space.

  • Fob access (Phase 2). Train within extended daily hours on your own schedule.

  • Mock meets (Phase 3). A welcoming, low-stakes way to test your lifts.

  • A culture that takes you seriously. Inclusive, focused, no judgment — and zero tolerance for the gym-bro energy that pushes people away from lifting in the first place.
