  • Cardiovascular tests to assess heart rate, blood pressure, and endurance. These tests are sub-maximal, meaning you will not reach the point of exhaustion or maximal exertion, and remain in an appropriate heart rate zone for your current fitness levels.

  • Strength tests, involving exercises like push-ups or squats to measure muscle strength and endurance. All exercises can (and usually are) modified to each client’s comfort level.

  • Flexibility tests, such as the sit-and-reach test to evaluate the flexibility of your lower back and hamstrings.

  • Body composition and anthropometry, an optional set of measurements to determine the percentage of body fat relative to lean muscle mass. Can also include measuring the circumference of your waist, hips, and other areas of the body where you would like to see fat loss or muscle gain.

  • Balance and coordination tests to assess your overall stability and coordination.
